Meditation is a self healing process.

It is a form of stress management

that will allow us to experience an oasis

of peace and love

within our heart and mind.

Any form of stress

is a sign of our negative thinking

and dis ease within our mind.

If we don't

attend to dis ease in the mind we may find

that chronic stress can lead to disease of the body.

We live in a world lacking in peace and harmony

creating a positive and peaceful surrounding for ourselves.

Meditation is like dreamtime.

It is a time when the senses are intensified.

You may imagine touching, smelling, seeing, hearing and even tasting.

Meditation has been shown in clinical studies

to have many medical and psychological benefits including promoting a sense of wellbeing ,

boosting the immune system,

promoting the development of cortical matter

in the brain and slowing aging.


A form of total relaxation,

and a way of gaining greater awareness and

inner understanding.

It will increase the intuitive self,

thus facilitating more positive choices in life.

It allows the individual

to connect to their true potential

and to realise it.
